Oh, I missed this PR and added my PR: #21846 Along with compute runtime update I believe L0 should be updated too, as it matches the version they're shipping with. Should I re-base and only change L0 in my PR, or should I add "XFAIL" part in my PR so we could have all-in-one change? |

I will add the L0 part to this PR. Let's have your PR only update the L0 fetch code. These PRs are made automatically when there is a new release so no need to manually make them. |
